Shipping
Orders received by 2:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone) for items that are in stock are typically shipped the same day. You will be contacted if an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped by the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Printek charges actual freight charges. We do not add any additional fees.

State Sales Tax
We are required to charge tax on your shipment when shipping to Michigan and Illinois unless you are tax exempt (a copy of your tax exempt certificate will be required). At this time we are not required to charge sales tax in any other state.

Restocking Policies
We may restock some items for a fee of 15% if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. However, items such as printstands, sound enclosures, and consumables cannot be restocked.

Returns
You must get pre-approval from a Printek representative for each item to be returned. Please contact us at service@printekdirect.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Items shipped to us without a valid Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to the shipper, at their expense.
